The song is truly the essence of our vision and philosophy, and the refraining line The Best Place with Us! is our official slogan.
Maximilian’s belongs to a large restaurant network with places open in Russia’s major cities. We have earned good name and won people’s hearts.

The main idea of the Bavarian cuisine is that the meals are simple but at the same time delicious and nourishing. There’re all kinds of meat on Bavarian and German everyday menu.
They say an average Bürger consumes 84 kg (185 lbs) of meat every year!
That’s not at all surprising as the Germans are really proud of their würstchen, sausages, pork knuckles and pâtés.
Each land in Germany has its own type of würstchen: Frankfurters are long and thin, Münchener Weißwurst is white and served with mustard and salty pretzel, Debreziner Wurst is spicy, and there are beef Würstchen fried to crust.
Würstchen are mainly served with sauerkraut, mashed or fried potatoes.
To crown it all, there’s pork knuckle with sauerkraut that you can hardly resist from tasting.
Its meat, juicy and rich in flavor, with spicy trimming is the true specialty of the Bavarian cuisine!
One pork knuckle is hard to deal with for one gourmet so it’s usually ordered by a group of two or three guests.
Bavarian cuisine is also famous for its appetizing bakery and yummy desserts.
A luxurious Bavarian dining table is hard to imagine without pretzels, pies and pastas, own bread, famous apple strudel.
And you should taste our Bavarian cream. This traditional dessert made of whipped cream and custard cream is a real pleasure to the palate!

Following the traditions of western restaurants, here in Maximilian’s you may see beer brew with your own eyes from beginning to end.
Beer is brewed right behind the bar counter and supervised by our brewmasters.
Here you may taste four kinds of our special beer and see our mini brewery work behind a glass partition.
The capacity of the tanks is 36,000 litres or 7.9 imperial gallons.
Original antiques in Maximilian’s unique interior!
Maximilian’s designers have recreated a classical German beer restaurant interior.
Padraig o’Dwyer, an antiquer from Ireland, has been our partner for a long time. He’s famous for his pub and restaurant designs all over Europe.
Padraig managed to breathe the spirit of Bavaria in our restaurant. He has prepared a unique collection of antique furniture and décor for each of our restaurants.
Each Maximilian’s is a genuine piece of art, so is our restaurant in Krasnoyarsk.
Handcrafted bar counters, antique buffets, mirrors, carved portals, staircases and other items created at the turn of the last century and collected from European auctions and antiquarian shops.
As of today, Maximilian’s is one of the top rated restaurants in Russia with large investments in interior design.

Maximilian’s implements our best experience in the concept of a Bavarian restaurant and club.
Padraig O’Dwyer and Reiner Pilz, a well-known architect from Hannover, have realized Maximilian’s projects in Naberezhnye Chelny, Kazan, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, and Ufa.
Padraig made a major contribution in our project meticulously recreating this fabulous ambience of a Bavarian restaurant.
Most of the wooden interior details are of his own design and handicraft.
He has also prepared a unique collection of antique furniture and décor visiting a number of auctions, antiquity shops around Europe.
You can find pieces of long ago all over our restaurant, there are elegantly carved partition walls, fanciful cast iron brackets, enchanting stained glass and a whole lot more.
And you will like a selection of bricks of 18—19th centuries collected from all over the country piece by piece.
These time worn bricks with history of revolutions and victories written on them will take you through space and time, away from daily routine and downtown fuss.
The restaurants of Maximilian’s network are a perfect combination of haute cuisine and a concert venue hosting tremendous performances and live concerts of national and foreign pop and rock stars.
Maximilian’s venues have already hosted The Leningrad Band, Scooter, Mumiy Troll, Bi-2, Chizh & Co, Vladimir Kuzmin, Vera Brezhneva, Eva Polna, Lolita and others.
Traditionally, we invite Gosha Kutsenko to open the tap and serve the first glasses of beer followed by his grand show.

Maximilian’s turns into a centre of club life in each city we come to. Besides live music performances, we hold Breath of Night parties with most fashionable DJs playing their sets of national and foreign music. Besides, we hold Oktoberfest in each Maximilian’s restaurant every year.
Besides Oktoberfest, you’re welcome to celebrate New Year, 23 February, 8 March, Halloween and any other holiday you wish.
Once a year, we hold Miss Maximilian’s competition where we choose the most beautiful and glorious female guest of the restaurant.
There’s one more feature we offer to our guests, and that’s a TV link-up between the cities. Despite different time zones, Maximilian’s guests may enjoy live chat, saying hello and congratulating each other online.
